Gated Communities

I hear the planners have finally got some sense and are no longer approving this type of scheme, in fact they are encouraging the opposite, ie. mixed use developments with a selection of commercial, retail, and residential units as this gives a development a greater “vibrancy”.
I fail to see the attraction of gated communities myself, most Taxi drivers know the codes so it wouldn’t take a criminal mastermind to acquire them and once in is probably less likely to be interrupted by Guards?
Add to that the costs of maintenance, landscaping, waste collections!
They must be mad!

Its a rare thing now days to see a Mental home. Most are left to wander the streets in their slippers and night clothes.
I think you’ll find you have one of the above, it’s for the criminally insane (bad and mad), we have one for the sad but mad category as well in Grange Gorman
One of our leaders is in your half of the planet, think you could pop him in there.Waterboarding is allowed!
I’ll stick in a request June, by the way, I chucked a cent in through St James Gate for you the other night, the opportunity arose and I took it!
I’ll drink to that, Ty.
